An exciting part of our work is the organisation of dinners and tastings that showcase the wines we love in the setting they were made for: the table. No matter whether these themed events focus on a producer we work with, a vineyard, vintage or a region, they are paired with tailor-made menus and take place in the top restaurants in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Sanya or Hangzhou.
Given the current circumstances we had to find new ways to share our passion and knowledge of Burgundy with wine lovers all around China.
For the next few weeks we will be introducing online cloud tastings touching the history, terroirs and domaines of specific appellations in Burgundy.
